1.3 The following terms and conditions together with our privacy policy (“Terms”) govern your use of this website. In these Terms “us”, “we” or “our” means Assured Retirement and “you” or “your” means the individual (acting in their own capacity or on behalf of their employer) using our website.

2.1 Your use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to our Terms, you must not use the website.

2.2 We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add to or remove any of the Terms by updating this page at any time. You should check this page to ensure you are happy with any changes. 16.1 If any part of these Terms are, at any time, found to be invalid by a court, tribunal or other forum of competent jurisdiction, or otherwise rendered unenforceable, that decision shall not invalidate or void the remainder of these Terms.

18.2 If you have a complaint about any part of the service you receive from us, it’s important that we know about it, so we can help put things right. Your complaint will be dealt with promptly and fairly and in line with the Financial Conduct Authority’s requirements, and if you want more information on how we handle complaints, please contact us.

19. Compensation

Financial Services Compensation Scheme

19.1 We are a new business and take great care to manage our affairs sensibly. If we or any of the Banks or Investment Companies with whom your money is invested, ever did get into financial trouble and couldn’t honour their commitments, you may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

19.2 The compensation you could get depends on the type of product you have.


100% of the first £85,000 of each depositor’s claim.


100% of the first £50,000. For investments, the scheme’s first responsibility is to seek continuity of investment rather than to pay compensation.
